习近平总书记在两会期间提出抓紧规划建设“一带一路”的议题，即抓紧规划建设“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”，推出一批重大支撑项目，加快基础设施互联互通，拓展国际经济技术合作新空间。为提高广大同学们对“一带一路”的深刻认识，加强中外学生学术及语言交流，特举办第一届中外博士研究生英文学术论坛。

现面向广大博士研究生进行稿件征集。
一、征稿主题：
1. 基础建设类：水利工程，土木工程等重大基础设施建设研究。
2. 交通运输类：船舶制造，车辆工程等交通运输课题研究。
3. 经济管理类：金融投资，项目管理等金融管理类课题研究。
二、征稿要求：
1. 请详细填写附件1 （稿件为全英文撰写），并于5月29日17:00前将稿件发送至DUTxueshuluntan@163.com。
2. 稿件命名格式为：稿件主题+姓名+学部学院（例如：基础建设类+张三+建设工程学部）
三、稿件奖项设置：
由专业导师进行评审，设置以下奖项：
1.优秀稿件奖：每类主题10名。授予获奖者荣誉证书及物质奖励。
2. 论坛精英奖：每类主题1名。授予获奖者荣誉证书及奖金。

H.E. Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, during the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative conference proposed to push ahead planning and constructing “One Belt and One Road”(OBAOR), a framework for organizing multinational economic development through two main components, the land-based “Silk Road Economic Belt” (SREB) and oceangoing “Maritime Silk Road” (MSR), launch a number of major supporting projects, speed up infrastructure construction, expand international economic and technological cooperation. In order to improve students’ profound understanding of OBAOR and strengthen academic and language communication between Chinese and international students, there will be held the First Chinese and Foreign PhD English Academic Forum.

1. Topic
a.Infrastructure Construction category: Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering and other major Infrastructure Construction researches.
b.Communication and Transportation category: Shipbuilding, Vehicle Engineering and other Communication and Transportation task researches.
c.Economic Management category: Financial Investment, Project Management and other Financial Management task researches.
2. Requirements
a.Please fill in the attachment 1 (manuscript must be in English), send it by e-mail to DUTxueshuluntan@163.com until May, 29 before 17:00.

Manuscripts will be reviewed by professors, awards will be set as below:
a.Excellent Manuscript Award: 10 awards for each category. Grant winners honorary certificate and material rewards.
b.Forum Outstanding Award: 1 award for each category. Grant winners honorary certificate and bonuses.
